YL-809A Double Shaft Rewinding Machine
Application:This machine is mainly for rewinding BOPP, Masking tape, PET, cloth tape, double sided tape, kraft paper tape, medical tape etc adhesive material.
Features:
1.The pneumatic silicone pressure roller ensure the finished product widthout air bubble and high quality, worker easily operate the machine.
2. Two section of the lenghth counter, rewinding the length of the material accurate.
3. The traction roller adopts arch flatted roller to elimate the wrinkling during the transient process.
4. With air expansion rewinding shaft, convient for worker to loading and unloading the paper core and the finished roll.
5. Center surface rewinding, acooding to different material, worker can adjust to the appropriate tension.
6. Three-phase infinitely variable speed( Variable frequency speed control).
7. Unwinding part with magnetic powder brake roll diameter automatic tension control, rewinding part with magnetic powder clutch roll diameter automatic tension control.
8. After one shaft finished rewinding, rewinding shaft is automatically exchanged and machine non-stop running.Improves the production efficiency.
